Destined for Greatness!

As I write to you, I am coming off of an extremely busy week. Hopefully, your week was productive and you are staying focused on your vision for 2018. Last week I was able to connect again with one of my mentors for an amazing time of dialogue and impartation. It is so important to surround yourself with eagles. People that are not settling for average and constantly reaching new altitudes. The conversation with my mentor was incredible. I was challenged and inspired to raise the bar again and stay committed to a life of excellence. We are officially in the month of May. We are halfway through the second quarter. Stay focused and refuse to focus on things that do not move your life forward. You do not have time to waste. Maximize every moment of opportunity!
Are you dedicated to your vision? Have you settled into a life of mediocrity? Do you really believe that you have been destined for greatness? As you know, a few weeks ago I was really frustrated and on the brink of walking away from JSI. Thankfully, a God-ordained conversation with my mentor shifted my perspective and reminded me again about the importance of my vision. Fast forward a few weeks later and I am more resolved than ever to fulfill purpose and maximize my greatest potential. What changed over the last few weeks? My perception of my vision is what has empowered me to persevere. Often times we allow pressure to become bigger than the promise in our lives. It is dangerous when you start focusing all your energy on what is not working in your life. You will be amazed at how focus impacts your energy. Stop looking at what is not working in your life. Instead, make a decision to focus on and appreciate what is working in your life. Until you learn how to appreciate where you are now you will never reach the place of destiny. Dedication is the key to manifesting your prophetic destiny.
You do not have to look very far to find people that have settled for a mediocre life. I was not born to be mediocre. I know unequivocally that I was born for more. That means that God has deposited something on the inside of me that has the power to make a difference in the world. The lazy do not leave a legacy. What most people fail to realize is that every single day of your life you are creating your legacy. While you may not know the extent of your legacy, you have been given the power to create an extraordinary life. The only way you will ever discover your true capacity is to make the decision to break out of convenience. Convenience wants to put a ceiling on your potential. However, your willingness to get uncomfortable is the key to living an uncommon life. If you are not happy with your life, I challenge you to push your limits and set new expectations for your life. Mediocrity will cause you to camp out in your potential. However, excellence will cause you to pursue your purpose. When you live on purpose every moment of your life is precious. You realize that your life matters and your moments are meaningful. You cannot afford to settle into a comfortable life. You must have the audacity to create a world-class life. Be willing to do what others won’t so you can achieve what few ever will. Your habits are deciding your future.
One of the greatest discoveries I ever made in my life is that I was destined for greatness. We hear people make that statement all the time. However, I am not sure that many people know what that statement means. To be destined for greatness means that there is something on the inside of you that has the power to impact the world in a profound way. In your darkest moments, I dare you to remind yourself that you have been destined for greatness. When you face adversity realize that it is developing you into a warrior. Your setbacks are only shaping you for seasons of significance. This has been an incredible week for me. I have heard from people all over the world reaching out to me and sharing how my work has made a difference in their lives. More importantly, I had no idea some of these individuals even knew about my work. You never know who you are reaching and you never know who is watching you. I have been so encouraged and moved to know that my life is making a difference in the lives of people all around the world. Those stories strengthen me and empower me to keep going in the difficult times. Every life touched is a reminder that I have been destined for greatness. You cannot stay small and you cannot shrink back. You are pregnant with significance. What you carry on the inside is going to propel major shifts in the world. It’s time to wake up to the fact that greatness is attainable in your life!
In closing, I am just so stirred on today. I believe this is the greatest time to be alive in history. I know the news is filled with bad reports. However, I live from a higher reality. I believe with all my heart that you are on the brink of the greatest days of your life. You might feel down but you are not defeated. They may have counted you out but this is your comeback season. You are getting ready to triumph in the midst of great opposition. Right now I decree that you will awaken to the greatness on the inside of you. I decree that every restriction is removed and that you will rise up and release your greatest potential. Never forget you have been destined for greatness!
