As I write to you this week, I am coming off of an exceptional week. This was one of my most productive weeks. I was able to tackle some big projects, establish some awesome new relationships and see vision take shape in a major way. It is hard to believe that it will be May in just a few days. However, I am committed to living a world-class life. I am remaining focused and giving myself fully to my goals. You only complete what you are committed to. Make this the year that you stop being common and make the decision to commit fully to your success. It’s time to upgrade your life!
Are you feeling stuck? Is your life feeling void and empty? When will you realize that you were made for more? A few weeks ago I wrote you from a very different tone. I was frustrated, drained and on the brink of giving up. I was very discouraged about some things in my business. I have been frustrated before. However, I had never felt that level of fatigue and exhaustion. As you know, a conversation with my mentor shifted me and helped me put some things back in perspective. I am sure that many of you reading this can relate to the feeling of being stuck. I have had those seasons in my life where it felt like I was not making any progress. Literally, it felt like a glass ceiling was over my head and that I could not break through. It is like for every step you take forward you feel like you are knocked two steps back. Essentially, this is the spirit of containment and it wants to keep you living a restricted life. You were not created to be contained. You were created to shatter ceilings. When you feel stuck it is often an indication that you need to reset. What I know for certain is that if you do not have a compelling vision you will remain stuck. The only way to break out of cycles of stagnation is to get infused with a higher vision for your life. In other words, break out of the status quo and break your way into a new stratosphere of success. Often we are stuck because we have no vision for our lives. A greater tomorrow first has to be created through the imagination.
When you live without a compelling vision you start to feel void and empty. How do I know this? I know this because I have lived it. I know what it is like to go through life without a sense of purpose or direction. It is miserable to live one moment of your life without a mission. Sadly, this is becoming all too familiar in the world today. I come in contact with people all the time that have no vision for their lives. They are living life by coincidence and not consciously. The only way to break free from emptiness is to get empowered. You have to fill your life with the things that bring fulfillment. More importantly, you have to make a decision to only accommodate things in your life that will fuel your achievement. No matter how much you try to deny it, the reality is that we all have dreams deep down on the inside of us. God places those dreams in us and we must partner with Him to see those dreams become a reality. You do not have to live depressed, discouraged or defeated. You can live life by design. It all starts with having a clear vision for life. Get up every single day with a sense of purpose and intentionally create the life that you have been destined to live. You do not have to live an empty existence. Your life has so much value. When you live with vision you discover just how valuable your life is. You will discover that every single day of your life is a treasure. Every single day of your life is an opportunity to unlock and unleash your greatness.
If you truly want to live your greatest life, it starts with the discovery that you were made for more. Too often we get frustrated because we are not maximizing where we are. So many people want to be promoted to the next level. However, they are failing miserably at the current level. The reality is that you have to exhaust the present to embrace what is possible for your life. Life does not reward you for being positive. Life will reward you for being prepared. Too many people settle for good instead of striving for greatness. Nobody remembers the common or the mediocre. You must make a quality decision to pursue mastery and model excellence in everything that you do. One thing people can always expect from me is excellence. I have turned down many offers in my life. I do no sign my name to garbage. Nor do I allow people to use my name that do not reflect the same standards and excellence that I live by. I have worked too hard to build my brand to cheapen it. You were made for so much more. Everyone wants to be rewarded but nobody wants to be developed. People are drawn to my work and in love with my message. On the other hand, not many people are interested in my development. My development is what has distinguished me and earn me respect around the world. More is only produced in your life when you make the decision to do what others refuse to do. Your daily habits are determining your honor. If you want to excel at the highest level, then commit to practices, processes ,and protocols that will produce uncommon greatness in your life. Gold medals are only given to champions. More is a psychology, passion ,and performance that will empower you to rise to the top in everything that you do.
In closing, I want this message to get deep down inside of you. We have a generation that is full of ambition but void of discipline. You can dream and imagine all kinds of things for your life. However, if you never put in the work you will live a lifetime with dreams deferred. Greatness is not magical but it is intentional. Daily you are choosing success or failure, mediocrity or mastery ,and excuses or excellence. I’ve decided to be a person of excellence and I will not lower the standards for my life. Live a life that is memorable and leave a legacy that multiplies. You were made for more!
