The Time is Now!

As I write to you, I am coming off another very productive week. I hit the fourth quarter running. I have been executing on a lot of key goals. I am positioning myself to make this my strongest fourth quarter ever. Hopefully, you are focused and making progress on your goals. Refuse to live with fear and regrets. Make the most of the moments you have left and create new opportunities. We are in the month of November now. The holidays are right around the corner. More importantly, 2017 is quickly coming to an end. Maintain momentum and keep your priorities right. No more wasted time!
Are you wasting time? Have you forfeited opportunities? How will you make the most of the time you have left? I do not want to rain on your parade. However, I want to have straight talk with you today. In just a few weeks we will be coming to the end of 2017. This is not a shock. In fact, you know that every year comes to an end. Unfortunately, too many people live in fantasy and not reality. I do not want you to be deceived into thinking that you have more time than you actually do. While two months is not enough time to recover lost moments, you can make a decision to stop wasting time right now. Quit scrolling your phone and watching everyone else live their dreams. Make a decision that you are going to stop being a spectator and start creating your own success. You do not have time to waste. It is time to allow time to become your servant. Use your time to fulfill your purpose and maximize your greatest potential.
One thing most people do not understand about time is how valuable it is. Once you lose time you cannot get it back. You can hope, pray and even dream about recovering lost time. However, you have to live in the reality that all you have is the present moment. Your future will always be the product of what you choose to do with your now. I talk to people all the time that are bitter and resentful about their lives. Often times they are bitter because they have forfeited opportunities. Sometimes opportunities are forfeited in ignorance. However, most of the time we forfeit opportunities because of idleness, laziness and refusing to make investments. Time often presents us with opportunities. I have discovered that you have to be prepared and positioned in order to seize opportunities in your life. So many people make excuses for why they cannot take advantage of opportunities in their lives. Unfortunately, those excuses often produce bitterness, resentment, and regret in another season. Opportunities will often inconvenience you and interrupt your plans. I have made a conscious decision to seize every opportunity in my life. I refuse to see open doors and not walk through them. At the end of the day, I choose to make the most of the moments in my life.
Never put off until tomorrow what you have the ability to do today. Deferred action produces deferred opportunities. One of the most important lessons I ever learned was that you must have the ability to discern the power of now. I have been blessed to have some incredible opportunities in my lifetime. Honestly, I did not always know what I was doing or what some of the opportunities entailed. However, I did not allow what I did not know to stop me from taking action. A person with action will always thrive over a person with aspiration. Even if you do not know all the details be willing to take a chance and say yes to an opportunity. Often in your decision to say yes, you will be empowered with the tools you need to seize a moment of opportunity in your life. My decision to say yes has opened amazing doors and attracted incredible relationships in my life. Success is not about what you are ready for. I’ve learned that success is determined by what you are willing to realign for. Realignment is always the womb of results.
In closing, you need to learn the power of now. Stop saying you will do it next week, next month or next year. In fact, stop deferring to tomorrow. Right now I challenge you to make a decision to seize opportunities today. When you live with a now paradigm, you stop making excuses and take responsibility for your life. The power of now will shift you from mediocrity to a life of momentum and manifested goals. You are not waiting for perfect conditions in your life. All you need to do is wake up to the reality that you have the power to change your life. In essence, when it comes to your destiny the choice is always now or later. I’m so glad that I made a now decision to manifest my destiny. It’s time to stop making excuses and start elevating your life. Now is the time!
