Be Fearless!

As you know, Jamelle Sanders International is in the middle of a major rebranding and restructuring project. Last week was a busy week of incredible changes, big improvements and the development of new relationships. I am so excited about the future of JSI and the direction that the vision is taking. You should stay tuned because I will be sharing more about the future of JSI really soon. We are in an era where clarity is more important than ever before. The collapse of many businesses can be traced back to a lack of clarity. Get clear on what it is you want to build and develop it into something that can change the world. It’s just awesome to see the vision taking shape and so many incredible people joining forces for a massive moment of impact. We’ve officially crossed into August. This signals the end of summer and a time where focus is pivotal. You should have clear goals, well-defined intentions, and key checkpoints to ensure you are moving in the right direction. Concentration creates champions!
What are you afraid of? Are you in need of courage? Will you have the audacity to be fearless? If you read my post on last week, then you will know that I talked about the importance of having courage. I am in a season of my life where courage is vitally important. I am going through a lot of changes in my life and my business. While change is never comfortable, change is the only way you will ever fulfill your destiny. I believe that change is the only route into your future. You can continue to hope, pray and dream of a better tomorrow. Or you can develop the courage to create a new tomorrow. It takes courage to move from despair to destiny, fear to faith and hope to manifestation. Without courage, your world will ultimately collapse.
We are in an era where courage is vitally important. You’ve been sitting back for too long. Life is passing you by and you have a purpose to fulfill. Your future is not just going to come to you. At some point, you are going to have to develop the courage to fight for your future. Your life is essentially a manifestation of what you have had the courage to move towards. In this era, I dare you to move away from fear, regret, disappointment, frustration and failure. Now is the time to move towards faith, fulfillment, and the future. You know that you are being called to more. Many of you are experiencing a dissatisfaction in your lives. Deep down inside you know that you are living below your potential. It is not enough for you to feel dissatisfied. You have to dare to move in another direction. Action always alters the seasons of your life.
According to the Oxford Dictionary, fearless means showing a lack of fear. In other words, I have discovered over the years that fearless is a mindset. When doors slammed hard in my face I had to be fearless. When people told me what I could not do I had to be fearless. When critics assured me I would fail I had to choose to be fearless in that moment. When my business almost collapsed on three different occasions, I had to develop a fearless mentality or I would have given up. I could tell you story after story of how I have had to exercise courage in the face of adversity. I do not want you to buy into the lie that greatness is easy. Ultimately, I have discovered that greatness will never manifest in your life without great battles. Difficulty is often what births you into the next dimension. Fearless is not just a cute cliche or catch phrase to make you feel inspired. It is a belief and attitude that you must develop if you are going to finish your course. We hear lots of talk today about fulfilling your destiny. However, nobody talks about the challenges that you will encounter on the course. You will have moments where you will wonder if it is even worth it to continue. The pressure will become so intense at times that it will feel like you are going to break. However, you must maintain the mindset that the pressure is building you into something better. When you are fearless you realize that you have nothing to lose. No circumstance can cripple you. No inferior belief can blackmail you. Fearless people do not just survive. Fearless people know how to win. Essentially, when you are fearless the possibility of victory outweighs any possibility of defeat. Without fear, you become an unstoppable force!
In closing, I don’t know what you are going through in your life right now. It may seem like the pressure is so intense that you are going to break. Victory may seem impossible for you. However, I want to speak into your life today that you must be fearless. Your future will demand a fearless mindset. Stop considering the conditions of your life. Refuse to give any more of your attention to adversity. The circumstances in your life are trying to distract you from the course. The reward of concentration is conquering. The consequence of distraction is derailment. I dare you to declare that your life is a fear-free zone. When fear tries to rise up in my life, I start declaring over myself that no fear can live here. Say it a million times until it becomes a conviction on the inside of you. Nothing can defeat the person that chooses to be fearless!
