It's Not Over!

Well, we have officially come to the end of February. It is amazing how quickly the time is moving. The first two months of 2017 have flown by. As I often say, time is always moving and it is your responsibility to make the moments count. I hope that you are pleased with your results over the last few weeks. If not, then I hope you are putting metrics in place that will help you gain momentum in the days ahead. Never forget that your life will go no further than your focus. If you want this year to be different then you will have to develop new disciplines. You must make the choice to commit to your goals. Most of all, you must make mid-course adjustments. Without commitment and course corrections this will be like every other cycle in your life.
Do you believe that you have been destined to overcome? What situations in your life have been opposing you? How convinced are you that it is not over yet? Honestly, a lot of people that I have talked to are already discouraged and disillusioned. We are only two months into 2017 and so many people have lost momentum. I would venture out to say that many have lost hope. These individuals have not dedicated themselves to success in 2017. These are the individuals that wrote down goals and set resolutions but have not taken any action. Too many people sit back and wait for something to happen in their lives. The world is lacking action takers that will step out and take action in the direction of their dreams. Hype and excitement will not make 2017 different for you. Hard work and conscious effort is what will produce big wins for you in 2017. You have to get fed up with failure in your life. You have to come to the point that you stop allowing frustration to make you forfeit greatness in your life. Disappointments and difficulties will arise in your life. However, you cannot afford to allow disappointment to divide you from your dreams. Right now you need to go back to the goals that you set for 2017. The first quarter is almost over but you still have the opportunity to change your life. When you realize that it is not over you realize that you have the power. Ultimately, disgust and dissatisfaction are often the forces that empower us to change the direction of our lives. 2017 cannot be like every other year. This is the year that you have to get moving if you want to manifest change in your life. You cannot afford to throw in the towel and it will cost you too much to give up. If you want your future then you are going to have to fight for it. Complaining and playing the role of the victim will never expand your capacity for greatness. The reality is that your life will not move until you make up your mind that you are done with being defeated. As long as you entertain thoughts of loss you will live below your potential. You have faced hardship before. You have made it through difficult times before. You cannot allow the heat of battle to hijack breakthrough in your life. I want you to develop the mentality that it is not over. One of the things I learned years ago is that it is not truly over until you come to the other side. You have been destined to overcome. Everything that is opposing you is simply orchestrating your victory. When you realize how powerful you are nothing will have the power to paralyze your potential. Today, I am calling you out of your low place and charging you to live up to your potential. Your life does not stop here. Your life is just starting. This is not your place of destiny. It’s time for the warrior to rise up on the inside of you and seize victory in every area of your life!
In closing, I don’t know what has been opposing you but it is being overthrown in your life today. Your days of loss and defeat are coming to an end. You will not believe the lie anymore. Your life is not over. It’s not over until you win in every area of your life. It is not over until you triumph over what once tormented you. It is not over until you stand on top of what once stood on top of you. It is not over until you rise above everything that restricted you. It does not matter if the odds were stacked against you. Your situation may look unchangeable. However, I want you to know that it is not over until you possess the victory. You will find your way out of this situation and you will find your way over this situation. It’s not over!
