The Fight of Your Life!

As I write to you this week, I am coming off of a good week. Last week started off rocky for me. I received some disappointing news at the beginning of the week. However, the disappointing news was balanced with such great news for my business and some new developments. One of the things that I have resolved to do in my life is not allow disappointments to define me. I watch people that profess they are not moved by circumstances in their lives. Yet I see them giving all their attention to their circumstances. I choose to maintain my focus and not allow contradictions to challenge my future. It’s a powerful perspective that keeps me positioned for victory!
Do you feel like you are in the fight of your life? Are you prepared for the fight? What outcome are you expecting to see? Whether you believe it or not, we are all in the fight of our lives. You may feel like everything is calm and peaceful for you at the moment. However, the conditions in our lives are subject to change. You may not be able to control the conditions in your life. However, you do have the power to choose what you concentrate on. One of the greatest lessons I ever learned is that what you concentrate on will consume your life. As I stated earlier, last week I received some very disappointing news. I did not allow it to rattle me nor did I allow it to define me. Disappointment is part of life and we have to process our way through it. The problem is when we start exalting the events of our lives above the eternal plan for our lives. The news I received did not change the fact that I am destined for greatness. It simply changed the route of how I get to the results that I want. If pressure has the ability to alter your perspective you will abort your potential. True greatness is the ability to go through the fire without losing your focus. I know this is easier said than done. You have to determine how committed to greatness you are. The reason I continue to stand when I could be shaken is because I know the outcome. You should never engage in battle without establishing that you are going to come out with bounty. Opposition without an outcome will result in defeat. Opposition with an outcome will result in overwhelming victory. I know it is only February. However, we are in a year of intense warfare. You are going to have to fight for victory in 2017. It is not going to come easy. Simply being positive and setting goals will not produce success. This is the year you are going to have to fight for every win. You can be content sitting on the sidelines. Or you can make the decision to get in the game and engage life. You alone have the power to determine your victory or defeat. You may feel like you are in the fight of your life right now. It may seem like the odds are stacked against you. The conditions of your life may not be favorable at the moment. In the midst of it all, you must make the decision that you are going to fight for your future. When you decide that victory is your only option you change the game. How do you change the game? You stop fighting for the victory and start fighting from the place of victory. When you fight from the place of victory nothing will be able to stop you from winning in every arena of life!
In closing, I do not know who this is for today. I felt a strong sense to speak life into you today. We all go through challenges. No human being on this planet is exempt from challenges. If you will simply change your perspective you will realize how powerful you are. Stop letting life happen to you and start living on purpose. 2017 is going to be the greatest year of your life. You only conquer what you are willing to contend for. This is the year that you must contend for change in your life. No more repeating cycles. It is time for you to experience radical change in every area of your life. You may have been knocked down. It may seem like you are down for the count. However, I have good news for you today. You may have been knocked down but you have not been knocked out. Get back up and get back in the fight. You already have the victory!
