Well, we are officially coming to the end of January. Can you believe how fast the time is already moving? It seems like we were just celebrating the new year. Now we are moving into the second month of this new cycle. I hope January was a productive month for you and that you are making progress on your goals for the year. If you are not satisfied with your results, the great thing is that you still have eleven months to make adjustments in your life. 2017 can be your greatest year ever if you will commit to doing the work to live a greater life. It’s time to live the life that you’ve always imagined!
What is your dream? Have you scaled back your dreams? Have you abandoned your dreams? Will you dare to dream big in 2017? I don’t know about you but I have made a decision to dream big in 2017. Not only that, I have devoted myself to living a greater life. Devotion is greater than desire. Desire rarely moves a person to action. However, the powerful thing about devotion is that it will alter your entire life. 2017 we need to work for it more than we wish for it. Hope is a great thing. On the other hand, hope that is not coupled with hard work will produce hopelessness. For too long people have expected to progress in life without a price. The reality is that your today is the result of the seeds you sowed yesterday. It takes more than positive words and good thoughts to change your life. If you want to make 2017 the greatest year of your life you have to dare to leave the shores of familiarity. This is the year that you must be willing to venture out into the great unknown. 2017 is the year that you must be willing to push through everything that stands in the way of progress. You must ignore the distractions and make the investments that will bring you into destiny. My life is already changing drastically because I made a quality decision that this year would be different. I realized that if I did not take a different route that I would not get different results. I am seeing the reward of making a quality decision to reposition. I don’t know what your dream is. However, I do know that you need to dream bigger. Do not spend so much time on what is most reasonable or realistic. I’m challenging you right now to reach for more. If you live in the scope of reason you will always come short of revolution. Dreaming big is committing to improve your life, coupling the power of imagination and conquering every impossibility that stands in your way. If you are not dreaming big then you are not truly living. Why settle for the confines of mediocrity when you were created for more?
In closing, I want 2017 to be your greater year ever. You were made to live a big life. However, too many people have bought into a big lie. Too many people have been deceived into believing that they are stuck. You are not stuck and you are not sidelined. At any moment, you can make the decision to stop sitting on the sidelines and get back in the game. You will live an empty existence until you make the decision to engage life. Your dreams are valid and your life has tremendous value. It’s time to live up to your potential. Never again will you dream in boundaries. Nor will you allow others to determine how far you go in life. Right now you can make a quality decision to live the life of your dreams. Make 2017 the year that you dream big!
