The New Normal!

While I was expecting to get some response from last week’s piece, I had no idea that so many of you would reach out to me. I spoke at length about my next chapter and it resonated with so many of you. Then on my empowerment call Thursday night I delved even deeper into my next chapter and how you can be part of it. I am grateful for everybody that has supported my work this far. However, my next chapter requires a separation. I am devoting my time to those that are willing to make the investment to see change in their lives. We have a lot of people that talk about change but they refuse to take the action steps to see change manifest in their lives. I will never again waste my energy on those that are not serious about living at the next level. You will never reach your peak without paying the price. Greatness is not free and success is not cheap.
Are you tired of living a normal life? Will you decide right now that this is the last day you will live a normal life? How will you create a new normal? Immediately when I put out the piece last week on my next chapter I knew it was going to cause a separation. That piece separated those that admire greatness from those that are actually willing to do the work to produce greatness. I am always honored to know that people are inspired and motivated by my work. On the other hand, I know that motivation and inspiration are not enough to create a successful life. You can spend a lifetime pursuing motivation and inspiration and live a lifetime in mediocrity. The reality is that progress requires you to leave your comfort zone. We live in generation that admires the idea of greatness but very few will invest to create greatness. So many people are fascinated with my message and my brand. They consume all the free content of mine; however, they think that is enough to bring them into greatness. I want to be very honest with you for a moment. Some things did not change for me until I was willing to ascend above the realm of average. If you continue to do what is familiar it will cost you your future. If you want to create true success you have to create a new normal for your life. A new normal will require a change in mindset, focus and routine. When I speak about my disciplines many people call me extreme. However, I would rather be extreme than to live my entire life making excuses for why I cannot embrace greatness. You have to get tired of just getting by and make a decision to be the best at what you do. The reality is that something always has your attention. What I have learned is that attention determines your achievement. Most people fail because they do not focus on the things that will help them embrace the future. The reality is that most people profess what they refuse to pursue. Your attention determines the advancement of your life. It is time to focus on the things that will empower you to manifest your incredible future. A new normal opens the door to incredible new possibilities in your life. You will be criticized but you will join an elite class of game changers and play makers that are changing the world. Every day of your life you are being presented with the opportunity to create a new normal!
In closing, I am so excited about this new chapter in my life. More importantly, I am excited about those that have made bold next steps to join me on this journey. I am looking for the hungry, committed and the extreme. I am not looking for mediocrity, conformity or excuses. I want to help you live your greatest life but you have to be willing to do the work. You have to lose the mentality where you expect something for nothing. Why do I say that? Success will require more of you every single day of your life. If you are complaining about the cost it simply proves that you are not truly committed to greatness. You don’t complain about things that you are committed to. A better life will require you to break the cycle of convenience and build the bridge to change in your life. A new normal requires new disciplines. It is a tragedy to spend a lifetime trying to figure out what to do when you can invest and find out how to create the results you want to see in your life. This platform is evolving and you have to be willing to reach for new results in your life. Create a new normal!
