Don't Lose Your Fire!

As I think back on last week, I can truly say that it was a week of big breakthroughs and productivity for me. I am so excited about the new initiatives we are working on for 2016. This is already shaping up to be an incredible year for me and the brand. In fact, I was just recognized again for Business Excellence. I am so thankful that my work continues to be recognized and resonate with so many people around the world. I believe that we are in a season where you must live with fervency. Without fervency you will not flourish and you will not fulfill your purpose. Living intentionally and living with intensity are keys to your success in this cycle.
Are you fired up about life and living your purpose? Has the fire gone out in your life? How can you rekindle the flame that once burned within you? I am sure that some of you may not understand what I mean by fire. So let me explain this so that everyone understands it. When I say fire I am not talking about literal fire. I am talking about the passion and intensity that you have to accomplish your goals, manifest your vision and fulfill your destiny. You see we all start out on the journey with a fire. However, as life happens and circumstances change the fire diminishes in our lives. Oxford Dictionary defines passion as strong and barely controllable emotion, a state or outburst of strong emotion, an intense desire or enthusiasm for something. Passion moves beyond a feeling. Passion is a fervency. Passion is an intensity that causes one to pursue what has been imagined. When I look around the world today I do not see a lot of people with passion. I say that because we are too passive in our pursuit. When you are passionate about something you develop a tenacity that does not let go until you triumph. You develop a perseverance that pushes you until you possess what has been promised. Passionate people will stop at nothing to see the manifestation of a vision. Passion is a key ingredient that you find in the lives of high achievers. If you want to possess your promise in 2016 you have got to get passionate. Stop letting fear and frustration put out your flame. Stir up the passion and see yourself reaching your greatest potential. Tenacity is always the womb of triumph. You cannot possess anything without passion.
In closing, 2016 is the year that passion is coming back. Maybe the pressures of life or the pain of an old season has taken your passion. However, I believe right now that the fire is coming back. You can reaffirm right now the promise that you want to see manifest in your life. This is not going to be like every other year. You cannot afford to faint and you cannot afford to let the fire go out. This is the year that you must keep fanning the flame. What does that mean? It means when you are tempted to draw back you must press harder. When you are tempted to give up go for it even the more. When it feels like the dream is dying you must become even more diligent. You have got to give it your all if you want to achieve greatness in this season. No more days of passivity and powerless living. No more days lived in defeat. It is time to get radical about reclaiming everything that belongs to you. Your intensity is what will obliterate every impenetrable barrier in your life. It’s time to get set ablaze and step into your destiny!
