A Fresh Start!

First of all, I want to say Happy New Year! Regardless of what you experienced in 2015, you made it through and you have crossed into a new cycle in your life. This is a very busy time for me. I am working on a number of new projects and honoring a number of commitments. My goals have been set and I have also defined my intentions for 2016. This is the time of the year that so many people start making resolutions. However, I am not a fan of resolutions at all. I believe in making changes and changes can only be birthed from new commitments. We accomplish much more with dedication than we ever will with dreaming.

Are you excited about 2016? Have you set clear intentions for 2016? What do you want to be the outcome of this cycle? I am sure you have heard me say this before but I think it is worth repeating. How you enter a cycle will determine how you end a cycle. You need to come into 2016 with more than just excitement. You need to come into 2016 empowered to see results in every area of your life. 2016 is a gift. You have been gifted with a fresh start and a clean slate. No matter what disappointments and regrets you experienced in 2015 you can start over. The powerful thing about a new cycle is that is gives you the opportunity to begin again. However, as someone that has achieved success it is more than just beginning again. The key to your success in this cycle will be your ability to harness the power of focus to achieve remarkable outcomes. Many are running on adrenaline right now. However, without a clear plan of action 2016 will be another average year without advancement. I encourage you to take advantage of the fresh start you have been given. Do not focus so much on coming out of the gate fast. My advice to you is to come out of the gate with focus. Meet this new cycle in your life with new perspective. Don’t try to get old methods to work in a new moment. If you see this year as a gift it can be the greatest year of your life. However, if you take this year for granted it will be a year filled with grief and disappointment. You hold the power to create this cycle of your life.

In closing, I am so excited about the possibilities of 2016. More importantly, I am empowered with a plan that will produce my desired outcome for 2016. I do not live my life on adrenaline. I live my life with action. I know that the steps that I take today will determine the success that I experience tomorrow. Motivation is not enough to manifest the life of your dreams. The world does not lack motivation. The world lacks the methodology to make their dreams a reality. This simple truth is what separates high achievers from those that live average lives. Your aspirations need attention. What you give attention to this year will determine what you achieve. 2016 can be the greatest year of your life. However, the ball is in your court. Refuse to waste your fresh start!
