You Are An Overcomer!

As I write to you, I am coming off of an extremely busy week. The holiday season has officially started and it is hard to believe that we are already in the month of December. This can be a very discouraging time for many that feel like they have not made much progress this year. However, you cannot allow your feelings to fuel the remaining weeks of this year. I will take it a step further and say that you cannot even allow your frustration to fuel these remaining moments in 2015. You must fight like never before and fuel the remaining moments of this year with breakthrough. It does not matter what the opposition is you have to remember that you are an overcomer.
What is opposing you? How have you overcome in 2015? What still needs to be overthrown in your life? One thing I know about life is that you will face opposition. In fact, any person that wants to occupy a great position of leadership and influence in the world should expect opposition. I always say that turbulence is the only way you make it to the top. However, the great thing is that we don’t have to camp out in the opposition. You can decide to overcome opposition and manifest greatness in your life. I know that you have faced opposition in 2015. Opposition is often the fuel that orders our steps into destiny. Opposition forces us out of ordinary living and catapults us into the realm of overcoming. Overcome means to succeed is dealing with a problem or difficulty, defeat, prevail or overcome. No matter what has tried to distance you from your future and disappoint your dreams you are not defeated. No matter how much conflict you have faced you are still more than a conqueror. The opposition in your life has orchestrated your overcomer story. So as we go into the final weeks of 2015 I want you to remember that you are an overcomer. What does that mean? That means that nothing coming against your life has the power to constrict you. It means that you have been empowered to overpower everything that seeks to oppose you. It means that you cannot be defeated and that everything is pushing you into prophetic destiny. Essentially it means that you always win. We are in the last round of the fight but you will not fail. Engage the opposition and embrace a life of overcoming.
In closing, I sense strongly that hearts around the world need to be encouraged today. Do not let December turn into a time of mourning in your life. I’m challenging you to turn these moments into momentum. It is time to stop having a pity party and press beyond the circumstances and current conditions in your life. This is not the time to lose heart and become hopeless. Stop believing the lie that this moment does not matter. This moment does matter and you must maximize it. This is a great time to cleanse the heart and climb higher in your life. Purge everything that would attempt to prevent your progress. It is vital that as we embark upon our Finish the Year Strong Initiative that you block out everything that would attempt to produce blindness and barrenness in this season of your life. I’m speaking prophetically right now. Looking back in this moment will only send your life backwards. Release the old and reaffirm the overcomer in you!
