I Shall Not Be Moved!

As I write to you this week, I am coming off of a great week. This was a very productive week and I was also able to get a lot of clarity on a lot of decisions that I needed to make. We are in a season of intense warfare and pressure. Many of you have been experiencing discouragement and hopelessness. This is not the season to give up or to throw in the towel. It’s a season to press through and propel transformation in every area of your life. This is the season to remain firm and fight for the future that has been promised to you.

Are you tempted to give up? Have you allowed the momentary pressures of life to move you? What can you do to become unmovable in this season. To be immovable means to be fixed, secure, stable, anchored, rooted and set firm. We are living in uncertain times. Uncertain times does not mean that you cannot be unmovable. Daily we are faced with pressure. While no one is exempt from pressure, you don’t have to allow pressure to cause you to be shaken, distracted and your focus to be broken. The easy thing to do is to be moved. It takes a mature person to remain fixed on the future in the midst of the fire. Can you be steadfast when everything around you is trying to shake you? As I stated on last week, I had the opportunity to allow something to shake me. However, if you are ever going to become rooted and grounded you must be resolute. In other words, you must come to a place where you are stable in your mind, emotions and relationships. Stop allowing life to blackmail you and strip you of breakthroughs in your life. Develop a mentality that nothing has the power to move you or to defraud you of the power of this moment. When you refuse to be moved you will be empowered to release your potential.

In closing, I believe that we are living in turbulent times in the world. However, turbulent times should not have the power to shake the truth in your life. You know what you have been called and destined to do. You know the gifts and talents that God has placed on the inside of you. Don’t let the external war against evolution in your life. This is a powerful season and don’t let temporary setbacks strip you of the power of this season of your life. Refuse to die at the brink of change. Resolve to break the cycle once and for all. You shall not be moved!
