As you are reading this, we are literally a few days away from ending the second quarter. It is amazing how fast the time has gone. I hope that this has been a productive time in your life and that you are making progress towards your goals. On my Periscope chat last week I talked about the importance of setting goals and also evaluating our goals. I believe that you will never advance in life beyond your level of assessment. As a leading Empowerment Specialist, I know the importance of setting markers, studying moments and being empowered for strategic momentum in your life. You don’t have to feel condemned but make some changes!

Can you believe that we are about to end the second quarter? Have you wrapped your mind around the fact that we are halfway through the year? Does realizing we are at the halfway point bring up thoughts of anxiety for you? I don’t know if you are aware of it or not but we are about to end the second quarter of 2015. Maybe you have been procrastinating and not really making any progress in your life. Maybe you have convinced yourself that you will change things tomorrow. Or maybe you have bought into the deception that things will work out magically. No matter which myth you believe none of them are true. You have to understand that we are six months into 2015. That means you are reaching the halfway point in this year. I am not telling you this to make you feel guilty. However, I hope that I will provoke you to think and embrace growth in a new way. It is my hope that you have made some progress towards your goals. No, you may not be exactly on target with the goals that you set for 2015. However, you should be in the vicinity of your vision for this year. If not, then it is really time to do some soul searching and to ask some tough questions. It is also important that you reflect on how you have grown over the last six months. If you cannot identify any areas of growth or development in your life then you are living in a sad state. Most importantly, I think it is important for you to identify one or two areas that you want to improve in the third quarter. I believe that we always have room for improvement. Improvement is the only way we create a greater life. Reflect and rectify your life so that you can release your greatest potential.

In closing, I am not encouraging you to do something that I have not done myself. I have used my journal to reflect on the second quarter. Also, I have looked at the last six months of my life and I have weighed these months with my goals. I’m very excited about the progress that has been made in my life and the growth that has occurred as well. Even though I have been able to accomplish a lot I still see things that I need to improve. I never get weary about working to improve my life. I truly believe that reflection is a powerful tool for unleashing your inner greatness. Now is the time to reposition your life. Unless you reposition you will never see the results that you desire to see in your life. My word for you today is reposition. Remarkable breakthroughs are on the other side of your decision to reposition. Do not have a pity party and start feeling sorry for yourself. You need to gain fresh perspective!
