As you read this, I am coming off of an amazing week of momentum and breakthroughs in my life. I am sure you know by now that we have been super busy with my recent launch. In fact, each week more opportunities are opening to promote and get this message into the hands of more people around the world. A few weeks ago I was so privileged to launch my brand new book Chosen: The Shifting of 21st Century Leadership. Many of you have responded so openly to my new book. We have already heard incredible stories of lives that are being changed. You cannot put a price tag on lives changed. This is an exciting moment and I am so thankful!
Are you chosen? Do you understand the cost that comes with being chosen? Will you commit to leading change in the twenty-first century? Chosen is such a timely book. As I continue to do interviews with the media, I am amazed at the timing of this book and how it correlates to all the events unfolding globally. We are facing a myriad of social, political and economic challenges globally. This book does not throw out cute formulas. This book transforms the focus of leadership in this new century. We have hit critical mass in the world and change must manifest right now. Our response to the challenges occurring globally will determine whether or not leadership collapses. Chosen was not written to make us feel comfortable. Chosen was written to compel us to change. The foundation of leadership has been cracked and it will take character to repair it. We are at a tipping point and transformational leaders must emerge in this hour. I believe this book is making such an impact because we are all feeling the urgency, responsibility and divine unction to solve the problems of the world. We cannot just sit back and be idle. We are in a season of massive impact. This is my calling and I am committed to changing the landscape of leadership globally. We must get to the root of the corrosion in leadership if we want to create radical change. We can shift leadership globally by making the decision to raise the standard. The standard will not be dropped on my watch!
In closing, I am so honored to announce that I have been recognized as a Huff Post Icon Next. This distinct honor is given to leaders and change agents at the forefront of leadership. I am so honored that my work is being recognized globally. More importantly, this honor comes just as I am promoting this book and sharing this timely message with leaders. This is a reminder to me that anything is possible. Chosen is more than a book. This is a prophetic call to propel change in the world. This book is activating a new generation of leaders that will impact the world in a profound way. We are getting ready to experience the greatest leadership shift in the history of mankind. You can feel the momentum. The emptiness we have felt in leadership is being eradicated. Empowered leaders are emerging in this season. This book introduces new concepts, new models and new perspectives for shifting leadership globally. I believe you are part of the chosen that will change the world! As leaders awaken to their potential anything is possible!
