Leadership Must Shift!

After coming off an amazing launch, my mind was buzzing with all kinds of ideas. I could not wait to work on a new blog post. Over the last week, I have heard so many kind words, inspiring messages and thanks from people all over the world. Last week I announced the launch of my new book Chosen: The Shifting of 21st Century Leadership. You all responded in a big way and I want to just take a moment and thank you. The book has only been out for a week but I am just as excited about it today as I was when it launched last week. So many people have been waiting for me to write a book about leadership.
