As I write to you, I am sure that like me you are still full from all the turkey on Thanksgiving. I truly had an awesome time with my family. Thanksgiving is always one of my favorite times of the year. If you have followed my work for any length of time you know that gratitude is a major part of my life and I am grateful for everything that I have been given. Over the holiday, one word kept resonating with me and that word is renewal. I truly feel that we are in a season of renewal. Strength is being renewed and the vision that has been placed in you is being renewed. Embrace this season of renewal and embrace the next realm of living!
Are you in need of renewal? Are you feeling drained and depleted? Has despondency crept into your heart? Have you been feeling like your strength is leaving you? If you answered yes to these questions, then you are in need of renewal. Renewal is not just getting to a better state. Renewal is about becoming your best self. Renewal is about being recharged and rebuilt to release the greatness within you. In fact, I know that without renewal you cannot reach your greatest potential in life. Renewal is the only way to get back to a place of peace in your life. When the battle is raging all around you remember to be renewed. Resilience without renewal will never productive positive results. Renewal is the secret to reclaiming your world. Renewal is taking a moment to disconnect from the pressures of life and discover true peace. Renewal is the only thing that will sustain twenty first century leaders. Renewal is what refreshes your leadership. Leaders that remain are leaders that take time to be renewed.
In closing, we are only a few weeks from ending this cycle. I do not want you go out of this cycle fatigued and stressed. Make up in your mind that you are going to finish strong. Make a decision that you are going to be renewed. I decree that your strength is being renewed. I decree that your vision is being renewed. I decree that your commitment to development is being renewed. I decree that you will be renewed and that your true greatness will be realized. You are not going to break down. You are going to break forth into destiny! Be renewed!
